3. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The payment amount reflects the agreed scope of the service at the time of purchase. All fees are in USD. An invoice is generated after payment is completed. Payments are one-time and correspond to a specific service engagement.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5. Delivery & Timeline

Service delivery begins after payment confirmation. Most engagements are completed within 24–72 hours. Complex services may require 5–10 business days. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on the scope of the engagement.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information are not the responsibility of Apex Financial Advisors LLC.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business purposes. Apex Financial Advisors LLC retains all rights to proprietary tools, systems, and methodologies used in service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Apex Financial Advisors LLC's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
